My speedo needs some help

Hi all,

Car came with broken lens over the speedometer, so the gauge doesnt look so great.

Should I look for replacement or refurb.?  if refurb... who does it at best value.   Thanks.

I guess the first question would be, does it work?  I believe you can bench test it with a drill and a cable.
