Per the request of a few users, a new section for Gen 3 hemi stuff has been created.  Ive moved a few of the more recent topics in there.  We can try this out and see if this more focused organizing is beneficial.  if not we can always undo it

Ok so I'm in the planning stages right now. I've got a 5.7 gen3 long block That I want to stroke to a 6.4. I would like to make 500 to 550 hp with similar torque. Planning on Fitech efi carb rated to 600 ponies. It's going in a 73 Cuda with a 360 and a a518 trans(2500 stall) and 391 gears. Probably gonna change trans to a a500(2500-3000 stall) trans with lockup. What cam, piston, comp ratio and head work to achieve this on 91 pump gas?

There is lots of information online, I spent 6 months reading. (and I'm still asking questions..)
My 6.1 is not in my car yet (no time, I work too much).
Here is a few good articles and forum links.

Go in to the Gen 3 Hemi swap section here on the forum and ask if there is anything you wanna know, there is always someone with answers.

..and welcome, good luck with your project, don't forget to start a build thread and add pictures.

FABO also has a sub-forum, as well as Moparts. Various users can help you get going. The FaceBook group "G3 Hemi Swap" is also pretty active.

So is the Gen 3 Hemi Swaps going to be a sub-section of this sticky or vise versa?
