any one with heater core experience please chime in as plymouth manual says remove about one half of front clip then remove core box .I know there must be an easier way to get the job done , comments PLEASE!! THANKS!!!

Don't know about the front clip, but the heater box does have to come out after
removing the heater hoses and blower motor. You will also have to have the
freon evacuated beforehand. Not one of the easier jobs to do.
