Newb with a Barracuda
« on: February 15, 2012 - 02:27:20 PM »
Name is Damian, proud owner of a 73 Barracuda....which sadly is also for sale. Active duty US Army, currently living in the Northern Illinois area. I have been a life long Mopar fan. Started way back when I was kid, my dad had a 70 Challenger with a 440. Loved that car, was going to be mine, but was totaled in an accident 2 years before I graduated High School. Ever since then I have wanted another Mopar. Finally got one 2 years ago, that I took in trade for my 79 Harley (built many a bike and many a truck)loved that bike, but wanted to car more. Car is a total project, and I wish the Army was not forcing me to move again, or I would be keeping her. Going to Texas for the next few years and I will probably see the middle east again. Down there I will have no storage and no time to work on her. Hopefully through this forum, I will be able to get her sold, keep in contact with a few people, and then once everything settles down again.....buy another!  :aarg:

   Welcome, foxman!

Sorry you have to sell it.  It's tough when you have to move around...keep the dream alive, there will always be other Cudas.

Thanks for your service!  :wavingflag:

Thank you guys, hopefully I will be able to land another someday down the road. If this one was driveable, I probably wouldnt sell it, but the lack of dedicated storage where I will be in TX, kinda rules it out. Thanks again.
