Column shifter

I am considering to use the column shifter in my 70 barracuda. But several parts are missing (marked on picture). Anybody out there want to sell me the parts?

I also got most of the parts needed to set up a slapstick shifter. But need small parts like bushings. Where can I get them?

I was still able to get bushings from Mopar , Dave @ Roseville would be my first call , R/T specialties should have them also
