It not too bad I guess . . . I like the rear view of the car but what were they thinking when they picked GREEN for the engine compartment and underside??

I like some of the touring cars, as I completely prefer today's focus on corning ability. I agree, I like the rear look.

The interior is garbage, targa is garbage and because of the front suspension is does not qualify as a touring car. I just can't imagine that holding up very well.

However, my biggest gripe about all these 'custom' cars lately is the focus on the speakers and amps.

Speakers are meant to be heard, not seen! I absolutely hate looking in a car and seeing 12" subs aiming at the back of someone's head. Besides the horrible look, they normally sound like garbage as well, at least inside the car. If the car is done for a company selling speakers then I can understand this, but other than that one case, it is pure lazy design work.

btw, I love audio systems in cars and mine will not be short of a great system but you will not see it.

I'll step down from my box.

Looks like a lot of wasted money to me. Why do one like that and then try to sell it? If he would have left the roof be and put all that money into pro touring it, he could get good money for it. Who knows, maybe a tree fell through the roof or it was crashed and the jaws of life were used. I hope he has an excuse!

Call me the lone dissenter, but I kinda dig the car. It is different! I would have used a six-cylinder Barracuda, and not a 340 'Cuda, but honestly, what separates this for ANOTHER Hemi 'Cuda clone that is painted GoPlumCuriousPink that will trot across the block for astronomical figures? It has bags and some (depending on perception) tasteful wheels. Okay. A cut roof? Who has seen a restoration done on a car that has had a roof replaced? What has been altered on this car that you can't get from the for sale section here, or the plethora of restoration companies? You could call it a 1:1 diecast that will never drive, but there are numbers matching cars that don't drive now!
Just remember, ignorance is curable, at a price, but when you build a car WITHOUT any iota of resale, you might actually spark creativity, and have fun with it! It's an E-body, he won't be giving that thing away anytime soon.

I like the front, back and the dash.  The way the bumpers are integrated into the body looks great.  It modernizes the car without changing the character.  I would have loved to see that look on the new Chally, rather than the heavy looking front and rear they have.
And the rear view with those HUGE tires!!! :wow:
