Build Sheet Location
« on: January 11, 2013 - 12:07:44 PM »
So for my 70 Challenger I was wondering where the build/broadcast sheet was hidden.  I was told that it could possibly be under the rear seat but no luck.  I was wondering if they ever put it anywhere else or if I'm out of luck on this one.

here are some places to look:

Taped to the back side / top of the glove box insert.
Under the front bucket seats in the springs
Inside the bucket seat backs
Under the rear seat bottom
In the rear seat back.
Under the package tray(speaker shelf)
Under the carpet

Before you tear your car apart, if the Challenger was built in LA (has an E in the VIN) you're most likely not going to find one.

....Then again, mice could have had their way with it.
