They are the 7" sealed beam to composite conversion and use the H4 bulb. All you need are the headlight housings and bulbs, then replace the factory bulb with the new assembly. Most places sell them with the bulbs as a kit for $25-$300 depending on what quality you want. Some have glass lenses, some plastic, some have aluminum housings, some composite, some plastic.
I purchased glass lens/ Composite housing from summit, for about $60 for the whole shebang. Just be careful when you order to look at the mounting depth as some require drilling a hole behind the headlight bucket due to the new housing.
Here is a side by side comparison. The new composite looks bigger but it's just because the retaining ring is installed
Here you can see the differences at the back of the bulb or housing in the case of the new piece. Note the rubber grommet on the back of the new setup. sometimes this creates clearanceissues, sometimes it doesn't.
Depending on the headlight bucket, the area behind the bucket may not be large enough for the new housing. In that case you will have to space the bucket or use a 2" hole saw to clearance the area behind the bucket
Here you can see the two actual bulbs and the have the same 3 prong terminal, meaning no wiring modifications are needed
There are tons of different versions of these kits, some black lens, some with halos, some with turn signals internally, some with projector inserts and so on
