The dash harness would have varied because they added the seat belt light in the later years. The harness is probably expensive too.   :dunno:

Besides the Rally gauges, you need the light bar and switch panel. Then there is the panel below the switch panel that will have to be swapped out for your heater controls.

As far as wiring goes, you can modify your harness to make it work. You need to add a constant power wire for the clock, and a switched power wire for the tach. Then you need to run a wire from the "-" side of the ignition coil for the signal to the tach. You might need to lengthen some other wires, but that's minor.

Be sure you get the 70-71 style.  I hate it when people put in the wrong year in their cars.  All that money and it just isn't correct, regardless if you have a stroker motor, lamborghini paint, or 19" mags.

Don't need a new harness.  Just change your sending unit to a gauge type.  Run a wire to the tach to the Neg side of the coil.  And get the correct left lower HVAC panel.

If you want to be neat, you can get the tach harness from these guys:

Super easy to change.  SHould take 3-4 hours max.

Didn't YearOne used to sell a small conversion harness for this swap?  I could have sworn I saw it about a year ago when I ordered new harnesses for mine.  I just looked and could not find it.

I'm currently finishing up my non Rallye standard A/C wire harness to my Rallye guages.

So far I've noticed that the tach harness wire to block 20 was built into the harness.
Dash lights have an additional bulb. Splice another into it to make it 4 bulbs. You'll need the Rallye light bar frame.

Summary: You can convert a non Rallye harness to Rallye with minor modifications.
