Millermatic 130
« on: April 07, 2012 - 05:50:32 PM »
Anybody know much about fixing a Millermatic 130.  Mine has been working flawlessly and today, the feed stopped.  I think the wire got fused in the tip.  Is it possible the fuse went?  Can you get the fuse from an auto parts store?  Any thoughts?
Thanks

Removed the tip.  Pulled the wire completely through.  Still doesn't work.

Drive rollers are not turning.  I took the fuse out and it looks ok but I will replace it on Monday.

most likely it's the circuit board that controls the trigger, I had to retire mine after 12 years of abuse.I think that board was around $300.I bought a new Hobart for $460
