Thank god for additives.  :worshippy

I wish there was an additive to remove the Ethanol from gas.

I guess that would make it a subtractive.    :bigshades:

Too bad not a product you can pour in that adds octane and removes the dryness of ethanol and re-oils the fuel. Any chemists in the house.

Keeping stabil in the gas tank might help.

Interesting reads related to ethanol...

Info in this link conflicts with the previous one as far as leaving the tank empty or full...  http://www.boatus.com/magazine/2011/december/ethanol.asp

If you're looking for PTFE braided lines this is a great source as well:

http://aeroquip.cc/index.aspx

I used their industrial S-TW hose.  Or you can use their Race FBC hose.  I used it for both the fuel lines and the power steering lines.... works great for both!

Ya I saw the TW-S line tip on protouring.com , the only problem I have with it is the fittings are steel and will eventually rust? Unless I'm missing something? It's a good price hose wise though.

I think they are coated.  These are the same type of steel fittings that you use with braided steel flex brake lines.

I believe they are nickle plated to avoid corrosion.
