Is there something in particular your looking to have examined? Most Classic car appraisers, if you talk to them in depth ahead about your concerns, will go out of their way to get you the info you need to make a decision. I have used a number of them over the years and have gotten exact information of what I said I needed. You need to lay out what you expect in an email and get a read confirmation so your both on the same boat. Always include 150 photos (in todays age, very easy to send). If you want the numbers, be prepared to pay more. You can eliminate this by getting the seller to send you high res photos of the numbers. I could go on and on, but I think you get it. Average cost for non numbers, $150.00, numbers $300.00.
