keeps telling me i dont have permission to post new or reply to posts

I'm not having a problem with posting, but with reading a post. The post by 74chall "My dad doesn't like his challenger" will not load on my PC, but every other post will. Anyone... help?

EDIT: 74chall's post for a good 383 street motor build is also not loading... can it be that just his posts aren't?
