E body distribution

I swear that even back in 1978, there were hardly any Cudas here on the west coast. Yet, Challengers were way more abundant. To this day, there are still more Challengers. Yes I know that there were more of them made than Cuda's. What I'm saying is did they distribute more plymouth Cuda's on the east coast . I still see more Cuda activity on the East coast than on the west.  I wonder also is the Mopar market is shifting to the east coast.....One day last year, I saw a car carrying 18 wheeler full of killer Mopars.It was head ing to the East Coast. Most odf these were cars that we would droll over. Sorry, I did'nt have a Camara then..

But the cars here all rust out. They use road salt in winter around here.
So that may explain the truck load.

About even around here, cept for the fact that the 72-74's far outnumber 70-71's. Hard to believe there were more of the early cars built.

 the year 1970 had absolutely the most challengers build, by a big margin.

74 is right on. More than twice the number of 70's were made than any of the other years

There were 83,032 challengers built in 1970, where are they all now?

My guess you see more 72-74's is the 70 and 71 cars have been made into
Hemi and 440/6 clones. Then they get put away in a collection.  :dontknow:
