Why would he remove the wing?

Unless he needs the down force, the spoiler is probably 6 or 7 pounds and extra wind resistance.  I prefer the appearance with the spoiler and any performance gain would be small.  But on a track car, I've seen people get really ruthless about removing all the weight they can...

Just saw you posted your new white 72 on the St. Louis Craigslist. Why are you getting rid of it so soon? Did you find something else or was it not what you thought it was?
I listed my 70 and 72 for sale. I need to sell one of them. Rather keep the 72 but I have to do what I have to do..
The car is everything I thought it would be. Made it to final four in the 10.0 class at monster mopar!
