what do you do with pin holes after welding patches?

I plan on doing all sheetmetal work and then getting the entire car and panels blasted and DP50 epoxy primed before i move on. 
Not sure how I will metal prep the entire shell before I prime it (thats another story).

John- you use filler on bare metal and not over epoxy primer?  Or are you saying that you would not apply filler over marglass or other epoxy type product.     everything I've read said filler over epoxy primer

 I put the filler or fiberglass directly to the metal with about 36 grit sand scratches. i think the epoxy between the filler would hurt the ability for the bondo to stick.Then I seal it with primer
