Johnson Lifters

I hit the wrong button and removed the subject I guess? I didn't know you could do that.

Anyway,  the Crower Premiums are Johnsons, I'm not sure about the Crower Camsaver hi - lube lifters but they replaced the ones with the oil hole for the cam with a flat spot .  the idea is good and my searching seems to show nothing but good said about them.

It seems like a no brainer to put more oil on a flat tappet and they claim no more than 1 or 2 lost oil PSI .  any comment?

They're called EDM lifters. May change pushrod height. I put them in my engine and the geometry looks O.K. so far.

These are standard lifters with a flat spot below the ring to allow oil to get to the lifter, same effect but a different style.

I bought mine from Johnson Lifters. They're basically AMC lifters modified from what I heard.
EDM lifters are only available as a flat tappet "solid" lifter.
