I ended up getting an extra "data" book from the dealer book set. They show up on eBay every so often for $50-75, I'll sell this one for $40 + ride. The item is located near Cleveland Ohio. Payment via PayPal preferred.
The cover has some sun fading...as though another book sat on top of it for a long period of time:
My other book has an addition page in the front titled "How to use this book", and a flyer for different stripe options. THis book does not have either of those.
