Was it possible to get a rally dash in a NON A/C challenger in 1970?  I have a 70 with a rally dash, no A/C and I removed the plastic piece to the left under the gauges that holds the controller for the climate control.  I can't find an A/C delete piece that I can replace it with!!! Anyone know where to find one?

Here's a picture, I need a A/C delete piece that will screw in here nice and clean, thanks

Matt

There's a picture of the old one, I want a new one without the A/C controls in it!

You'll most likely have to make one yourself.  It shouldn't be that hard if you have a junk piece or two to use for parts.  "Slotts" posted some pictures of one he made awhile back.  Maybe you can find those pictures.  Even better, contact him to see if he can make you one.

I thought he wanted a heater delete panel...one with no controls on it at all.  I re-read the original post and I think you may be correct.  He just wants the standard heater bezel without A/C.

Tony's Parts also makes those.  I didn't know Mike was making those too.

burdar you were right originally. I want one with out ANY controls... I live in Houston, there's no need for a heater believe me. Even in winter the coldest it gets is around 40s, I'll wear a coat! and I don't have A/C. Call me crazy but I don't want it!

Don't think anyone repops them.  I think many cars shipped to Hawaii had heater deletes (and no AC either).

Just get a non-AC panel, cut out that area, and put in a piece of plastic like:

'70 318-auto Chally 'vert
'71 383-auto 'Cuda 'vert (sold)
06 300c SRT8
04 2500 QCLB 4x4 HO
