Fiberglass hood springs?
« on: August 06, 2012 - 11:54:57 PM »
The big hood springs on my car started to warp my fiberglass hood... I took them off and just put hood pins, now I'm finally sick of carrying an axe handle around to prop it open.  Anyone with an aftermarket fiberglass hood know a good size spring for an e body? For what it's worth it's a rallye hood I think from aar fiberglass

Did you change to the smaller hood springs when you installed a fiberglass hood?

I honestly have no idea what springs they were from... just know that they're to stiff

Trampoline springs you say?? Some unlucky young kid might walk outside to find their backyard trampopline missing something this weekend!!
