My 70 cuda came with 71-72 seats and it doesn't bother me, I will swap them out later.
I have take the seats to a five star upholstery shop. I need to get new seat rails as the old ones were too far gone and I'll grab those from pgclassics. The owner of the upholstery shop wanted to get the other components to finish the job.
So I think I need to get the tab you lift to put the seat forward which is located in the rear. If anyone knows where you can find a repop I'd appreciate it. As well, anything else I am forgetting.
Long story short, I had a not so bright guy redo the seat while the seat was still rusty, so I took it to the new shop to take off the new seat covers, bead blast, and dip the frames for me.
Oh the humanity!
