Tail light Mystery
« on: April 06, 2017 - 07:37:07 PM »
I'm getting the finishing touches on my project and I've run into a problem I can't figure out.  the wiring is all original and looks nice.

On my left rear I have fully functioning stop, turn and marker lights in the rear.

On my Right side I have marker lights, and turn and stop but the lights are dim, and the blinker stops when I turn the marker lights on.   only one element of the two elements on an 1157 bulb are working.  I reversed two wires and it only made it worse, then the bulbs dimly glowed on the left side.  I put it back to the way it was and changed both bulbs, still both are burning only one element.

Any ideas?
