Hi Tom, I'm not an electrical expert, but I was wondering if you run your car every so often and if the altenator is good as well?
Aside from the altenator, you might want to disconnect the positive battery cable and put an ammeter inline/between the battery and the clamp. This will let you know how much amperage is being drawn. I forget what is an acceptable value but perhaps others may chime in on this.
If there is a large enough current draw, you may try to isolate the problem by pulling fuses. When the current draw drops, then that may be the system at question.
There may be a short to ground somewhere.... hope you find it!
