I started looking for my first cuda around 95'.
I would only settle for a 71. Didn't have to be a bs, just had to be a 71.
So, years went by. My Mopar friend told me to stop looking for a 71 and just get one of the other years.
After all they are pretty much the same car.
So, I purchased a 72 in about 2003.
Then I purchased maybe another half dozen barracuda's/cuda's. None of which were 71's.
Everyone wanted the dear lords fortune for their 71.
About three years back, after I had sold all of my mopar stuff to pay for a family disaster, I found one from a member here.
It was in Odessa Texas. Drove down and picked her up.
/6 car. Rally red. 3 speed on the floor. GREAT Price!!!!
So, I held out for a 71 for about 15 years.
NOw she sits in the garage as I gather parts for her/or him. Whatever!
On her way home. A few miles from her stable.
