Install 1st? Heaterbox or Dashboard?

Ready to install the Dashboard and Heaterbox in my 72 w/ac, as I did not disassemble this car I am looking for opinions on this reassembly?

Put the heater box in first.

on an AC car it has to be done that way , without AC you can get the heater box in after but it is far easier to put in first

I was going to ask the same question now I know..
