Is the 70 trunk lid the same as the 71-74?

For Challengers the outside is the same 70-74. The 70-71 lid had provisions for adding a rear spoiler on the inside.

I would imagine it's the same on Cuda's.

You are correct.  There are at least 4 different styles of lid over the years.  The differences have to do with the bracing on the under side.  All will fit and look the same on the outside.

3 different decks currently available.

70 - 74 with AAR spoiler provisions inside
70 with spoiler provisions inside
71 with spoiler provisions inside

all look the same from the outside
