LH lug nuts

Hey guys, I have run into a problem with my new American mags for my '70 AAR.  They sent me the wheels, but with 20 RH lug nuts, and I need 10 LH and 10 RH.  They are special Gorilla "tuner" small diameter lug nuts, conical seat, extended tip, 1/2"-20s but the largest socket I can fit in the lug nut hole in the wheel is 5/8".  Anybody know of a LH lug nut that is 1/2-20 and has an extended tip and conical seat with a 5/8 or smaller nut on top?  Gorilla doesn't make a LH version of this RH lug nuts for the mags.  Thanks for any help.

Just switch to RH studs. Easy change.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

Is it???   I would have to take the disc brake rotors off, and the drums pulled, readjust brakes, etc,  sounds like a big job that needs special equipment compared to just finding some lug nuts..

Probably bout 1 1/2 to 2 hours total. No need to readjust the brakes. You don't even have to remove the shoes.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

I did find some, just not sure they will fit in the small hole of the mag, but they are on order so I can try.  One set from Pro-Comp and another from Cragar. If that doesn't work I will just return the wheels, keep the tires, order the Year One 17" Rallys and use my stock lug nuts.  I will do most anything not to have to disassemble and pull brake drums, rotors, calipers, etc. and buy special equipment I don't have to reseat the studs, pull the drums, etc.

Are the ones you need the same as the stock ones, I got a set from Dave at Roseville Mopars that fir the stock ralleys. 

Dorman, used to make LH lug nuts in variuos sizes but they discontiued them. some NAPA locations still have them in stock.

No, the ones I need at the small diameter, "tuner" type, they must be much smaller hex size than the stock ones, which I have.  I tried Dorman's and Gorilla, they don't make any small diameter 1/2-20s in LH thread.
