    That is super cool.

    It has a different fender tag.  I wonder if that tag is different because they assembled them to the owners specifics when it arrived overseas.

    If it was partially assembled here and then sent over would there be a build sheet?

    Would it be half of a build sheet?

    Interesting car.

    I wonder if there are any aftermarket parts?  The little button on the end of the directional stalk is different.  So is the pull handles for tilting the seat forward...  :dunno:

    that car has been written about on here before. It belonged to a dutch guy and I even think it was sold new in the Netherlands, not 100% sure on that.

    Did anyone notice that the console says "SHIFT GATE" and not "SLAPSTICK" ?

    Weird that is has a flat hood but ralley gauges , yellow in the tailights , lots of different features

    According to what I read on another site, early 70' E bodies had "Shift Gate."
    It was changed later in the year to "Slap Stick"

    VIN sequence doesn't validate the build date. Ask Barry T/A about this.

    Then add in the factor of mix and match of parts like my car. A 71' cuda with a 70' console.
    Get it? They did things strange back then. Whatever was there available.

    Trust me. Shift Gate bezels did exist.
