Good point. But like Burdar says, his car had it without the option. I am going to re-apply it. I just wont make a mess of it like they did.

My car DID have the undercoating option.  It just wasn't listed on the tag.  It would have been listed on the build sheet.  I've got an underhood pad as well which was part of the package.  If you car did NOT have J55, then you should only reapply the undercoating in the wheelwells.

Sorry I misunderstood. I just figured out the build sheet. Nothing under J55. Problem solved.

Media blasting will not remove the undercoating.  Trust me and ask me how I know?  :bigsmile:  I used the butane torch method on my car with a putty knife and it worked like a charm.  Cheap too.  :2thumbs:

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.
