Christmas Weather
« on: December 25, 2012 - 07:38:39 PM »
Merry Christmas CC.com
Here in OKC we got about a half inch of ice on the streets. Very little snow.
Talking with my brother in Ft Worth, they received 5 inches of snow.
Snow, ice, expected for Christmas.
But, have relatives in L.A. (lower Alabama) and they have thunderstorms and tornadoes threatening.
Tornadoes!?!

Anybody else out there with whackey weather?

Been raining here again as usual. Really a wet December.

4 hours east of me, it snowed more than 6 feet in 3 days.

Minus 20 Celsius here in Calgary... :hyper: However, have the dodge dually hooked up to the trailer with both (my son and mine) turbo Yamaha sleds ready for action on the 29th!!! Heading for Revelstoke, BC...snowmobiler's paradice. Nothing like a 270hp adrenaline rush on a turbocharged 4 stroke sled!!

Took Tabitha out for a drive in this Christmas weather got rained on a bit. Gloomy soggy drizzle on this mid 40's degree day. She got a good towel drying after. But boy does she sound good when I stretch her legs a bit on the freeway! 2nd gear is definately as bit slippery when the roads are slimey.

Cold and windy here near Chicago, but not much snow.  There was some lake effect snow on Xmas near the lake, they had an inch or two at my parents house 8 miles east of me closer to Lake Michigan, but only a dusting at my house.
We set a record for latest date of measurable snow here, temps a little above normal.  Last year was a pretty mild winter and so far this winter is looking to be similar.

We're in the middle of a 5" storm. Not too bad but probably the most snow we've had at one
time since the 2010-2011 season.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

Spose to be dry all weekend after a mild morning drizzle today. Dry and Overcast perfect for Mopar runs.  :cooldancing:
