AUSAAR, I'm just going to assume you're a fellow Aussie, g'day mate!
The cost of converting to right hand drive would probably make up the difference between the Alterk and the XV, why change to RHD when if the car is over 30yrs old it can stay a lefty? just curious

IMO, the Alterk is better than Magnumforce because they have an isolated means of supporting the load compared to Magnumforce that translates all the suspension  loads through the shocktower. If you are adding engine bar braces and building a cage to tie everything together, then the MF system could be effective, but in your average street car, I think you run the risk of tweaking the inner fenders and causing panel alignment issues down the road.
never realised the magnumforce only used the inner fenders to support the car. easy decision isnt it

I've bought stuff from Reilly Motor Sports and they were great to deal with.
If they give good customer service to the other side of the world I can't see you blokes in the same country having too many problems
Burnouts are cool but Traction is the Action

yes it can stay lefty. but if/when i do eventually go for a tubular suspension setup. they have the option of rhd so if im going to get it certified id rather go rhd at the same time. initially i will prob get it regoed as lhd with steering box etc but would like rhd everntually

You can't convert the XV to RHD? It uses a 05 Ford Mustang Rack and Pinion.

im not sure, you can buy the alterktion rhd and its cheaper too. also not sure what the rego authorities would think about non original suspension components
