Front end bushing recommendations
« on: February 23, 2013 - 05:50:44 PM »
I plan on dropping my complete front crossmember and all front suspension. Dismantle, pressure wash, degrease & repaint
All new bushings, new engine mounts, new shocks, 2" dropped spindles and to top it off heavier T-bars.

Anyone got recommenadtions on which bushing kits are the way to go.
There are offerings on Ebay for polurethane kits (quality ???) and of course replacement rubber.

I want to tighten the whole thing up for improved handling and feel.

I would recommend moog offset upper control arm bushings (rubber) unless you are going with hotchkis uca's.  :2cents:
Helps out with caster for a better alignment.

:iagree:  utilize them to get more caster. For the lowers I'm using firm feels greasable pins and urethane bushings. They work great, I'm happy with them!

I have always used the Energy suspension kits / poly
Offset uppers are worthwhile as well
