70 challenger fast idle solenoid not working, help

Fast idle solenoid on six pack not working. 

checked power coming in to solenoid and its OK.

Anyone ever repaired one of these?  Any suggestions on what the connections look like inside?

Photos?

Please advise

If yours is an OEM solenoid, it can be re-built if it turns out it's defective.
Scott Harms at Harms Auto can re -build it for you.

If it's a reproduction: that's your problem.
Scott wrote on Moparts before that they don't have enough windings on the repro's to kick the idle.
Why I still haven't put one on my Hemi.

First: I agree. Give Scott a call. He is your BEST resource and reasonably priced.

Second: I have rebuilt a few of these. It is imperative that you do not disconnect the very fine wire connecting the case to the windings. A PITA - yes.

I do many things myself, but I will give Scott my business on these items.
