If you go to restorick.com  ----in the tech section under E-body/body  he has a tech tip on how to install a billboard stripe.  I was tempted to try and install mine myself--but chickened out and had it done. Went to one of the sign company that installs vinyl wrap on commercial vehicles. The shop I picked was just finishing up a stripe kit on a viper when I went in.  Cost me $125.00 for the labor but well worth it.  Came out nice.  Rick says to basicly just center it with equal distance between wheel well and top of fender. I have about 1/2" gap around mine.

Here is the factory installation diagram.  In the chart (Note 1 Chart A) it gives placement measurements from the horizontal datums that are shown (50, 60, 70 etc).  I am not sure what the vertical datum is (perhaps the raised body line?).  Perhaps you can figure it out.

I got my stripes from ChallengerGary---a member on here. Nice stripes, and a better price than most other companies like Pheonix graphics.
