Do you happen to have any pictures?

How about a fender tag readout?

Too bad it was repainted because JA5 is a rare 73 only color.  I hope your friend can get what he wants out of it.

Here's an easy site to resize pics:

Burdar, is JA5 really rare, or just a "one year only color"? Cause if it's rare, I'm going to feel a twinge of guilt for going with Gunmetal

I wish the paint breakdown for 73 existed like 70 and 71.  I've only seen a handfull of cars painted that color.  I've accually seen more Challengers in JA5 then Cudas.  I've never seen a Cuda that color in person.

You will have better luck if you start a new thread asking this question.

I don't think the numbers were written down.
If they were, they were lost in a mysterious fire. And only written down in one place apparently. I think :clueless:

As far as I know, 73 figures weren't kept.  I found a 340 4-speed Cuda build sheet in my Challenger.  The Cuda was JA5 with black stripes.  I can't remember if it was coded for a black vinyl top or not.  If you want to PM me your VIN, I can see if the build sheet I have is for your car.

The sheet has a small tear right over one of the numbers.  I'm not close to it right now to see if I can make out that number.  This is what I have right now.  BS23H3B1?6173

My car was built around the 12th of October.
