T/A 3" inch exhaust
« on: April 19, 2013 - 11:03:10 PM »
I am ready to buy exhaust for my T/A and am looking for a 3 inch kit since I am going with a stroker. I can't seem to find anything buy oem type stuff, is there still a performance T/A setup made? If so where can I find it?

At one time I was thinking about fabing a TA style exhaust system using Dynomax 17676's.  Not 3" but better than stock.

The goal never changes - Stop the 60' timer with your back tires

I would check with TTi , they may offer a larger bore system
Another option is oval pipe , I have seen oval pipe avaialble this would offer better ground clearance under the frame rail in front of the spring & tire

:iagree:  at some point I'm going to make a T/A style side exhaust for my car but with electric cutouts. They make them with oval mounts for extra clearance. I've had cars with side exhaust and its " cool" for awhile.... untill you get sick of the noise and the fumes coming back in the side windows. . Just thought I'd give you an idea or two

I love side exhaust and have been hoping to run oval after then muffler for ground clearance. Maybe using these
