S&J Any Feedback?

I was randomly searching for engines on the net and came across this place.  I have a bare 440, with heads curious if anyone knows anything about this place. Seems to cheap in relation to other places on the net.  If it seems up and up, Id send my block in for a core in a heartbeat.  Dont wanna get hosed. Most of the time you get what you pay for.

I agree. What do you think? I have a dated 71 bare block, would you send it in as a core or eat the core charge in case this this is garbage

Something is fishy here, even the churn and burn motor builders want at least 3k for their efforts.

I suspect this is a bait and switch effort with a bunch of upsell on their part.

Besides don't you want your car to keep it's #'s matching motor?

I did find this info on the ripoff report web site. Sounds like their warranty is too good to be true. Could be just one bad report, but I doubt it. Check out the link below for more info. Whatever you do, be cautious and check them out thoroughly before making a decision!! It seems there is a LOT of small print in their ads!!
