What's your budget ? Here's one from another web site for $15,000.00...seems like a decent deal....
1974 Barracuda
BH23G4BXXXXX
The car has had a lot of work done to it however still needs more to complete.
In total I have over $26,000 in receipts for the restoration (not including the price of the car).

The motor / trans (NOM) & engine compartment:
360ci Mopar crate motor
4spd trans w/ pistol grip shifter
(ZERO miles on both motor & trans)
New Hooker headers
Power steering
Manual brakes
Restored 3 speed wiper motor
New Demon carb
New radiator and all hoses (stickers still on them)
Chrome alternator
Aluminum pulley's and brackets
New washer bottle
New battery and cables
New wiring harnesses

The body:
The car was completely stripped to nothing but a shell in bare metal.
Rear quarters and wheel houses replaced.
Driver’s side front floor replaced.
The car was painted a burgundy color (including engine compartment and jams).
Rechromed bumpers
The front grill is near mint. The lower turn signal grill is new OEM and mint.
The car is very straight.
I have many pictures of the restoration.

The interior:
New headliner
New door panels
Seats recovered
New dash
New carpet
New door sills

The undercarriage:
The entire front end and rear were rebuilt and painted black (I mean EVERYTHING and I have the receipts).
New gas tank.
New complete exhaust system (ZERO miles)
New Crager SS's and tires (ZERO miles)

The issues:
The car was painted roughly 6 years ago and has some blemishes post paint job.
The body panels all need to be aligned.
There's no lower front valance or rear valance.
Rally hood bezels missing along with the hood latch.
The front upper header panel will need to be repainted.
The left side mirror, antenna & fender turn signals are all missing.
The go wing was not installed properly and there is paint damage to the trunk lid as a result.
Missing a lot of window trim (front, rear, drip rails, etc...)
The engine desperately needs a tune up and possible carb rebuild from sitting so many years.
The interior needs completion (gauge cluster bezel missing, 1 door panel install, misc interior trim, etc...)
The right & left headlight bezels are missing.
Exhaust tips are missing.
Needs a front end allignment.
There's no fender tag, buildsheet, vin tag on the dash or door sticker vin.
The vin is on the radiator support and cowl and I have a CT title for the car dated 1994. That how long the car has been off the road.
I'm sure I'm missing more things but I think you get the picture.

This would be a great project for someone looking to tinker as they drive it. Or a great father son project.

I'm asking $15,000.

I tried to be as detailed as possible in my description but please don’t hesitate to email me (70cudacuda70@gmail.com) or call me (203 623-4005) if you have any questions or want to visit the car in person.

Thank you for your interest.
-Mike

There's no fender tag, buildsheet, vin tag on the dash or door sticker vin.

That could be an issue depending on your state.

Your local DMV website should have details, or at the very least some contact information for someone who can answer your questions
