Welcome to the site. Not trying to be rude or offensive, but you're biting off a pretty good size chunk and your repair skills will need to be up for it. You don't need a harness to get the engine running, do the previously suggested things and you can run a feed wire with a small alligator clamp over to the + side of the coil if it's a points car and jump the solenoid as described. It won't like full 12 volts for too long, but it'll start, if it's going to. I'd drop the oil and filter for new and pull all the plugs, look them over AND give each cylinder a wee shot of oil to help lube that long dried cylinder a bit. You can feed it with a squeeze bottle if the carbs bunged, but listen to the man when he says have a working fire extinguisher near at hand when you do it. Since the new hemi swap is involved, I'd try to get the old gal running to see where I had to go to get this thing back on the road. But then. that's just my  :2cents: worth.
