are they ever going to make these again?

They were up near the top dollar mark for the parts back when they were available.  At that time I was waiting for them to drop the price over time.  Instead they just didn't remake any.  I suspect that when/if they become available they will cost close to what it would cost your to put a shaker hood on your car if you started with just a flat hood.   I'd like them to be available again too.  I suspect it took the maker too long to get his original investment back before he made a profit.  So I don't suspect he will offer that again.  Although if they created the full line of SE chrome parts the market might explode as people who didn't have that option originally would put it on their car because it really makes the car stand out visually.

I havn't looked at a correctly restored SE that closely but is it really easy to tell that the back panel is a separate piece?  If you can't find one, can you just spray the tail panel with argent paint or will it look completely different?
