Can anyone comment on Dale's Cuda Shop rear window louvres?

Yes I can.       My car is an original louvered car. They were gone when I bought it but it still had the posts and mounting holes in the roof. When I was looking for them there were no aftermarket ones being produced. Then I found some being made by Gene Gregory, but they were to spendy for me.  Then LPI out of Canada were producing them for like $1200.00. From what Chryco and others said they were nice but still way to much money. Then due to some unforseen situation I had to sell my 4-wheeler. Part of the deal tho was I would finally get my louvers.  Only waited for 35 years for them.  Called up Herbs-a vendor for LPI and went to order a set. He said they only make them a certain time --- and they were 8 to 10 weeks out. I had him order me them.  Not an hour later I found them being produced by Dales Cuda Shop.  Called Dales and they had them in stock-----and they were only $600.00.  Called Herbs and cancelled LPI---Had Dales louvers here about a week later.  And they are NICE.     The mounting to the original holes and post was dead on.   Not sure of the finish on original louvers. Dales are powder coated and should hold up well.  Highly recomend them.  I have seen some  original ones being offered for sell for over $2000.00 but to me that is crazy money.

   I got them just after Dales started to make them, I believe. Got them a little over a year ago. I see on their site they are now 800.00, still a lot cheaper than others.

That is a good deal, bought my from Gregory ($1200 and had to send back twice) and they aren't the greatest IMO.
