Thanks WSM-  but I think you miss the fact that it is WE who are inept and stupid...  :banghead:  thats why we need all this planning infrastructure, and meticulous slow moving progress....  if we were CP we'd be done by 3 years ago

72C we need "The Plan" to know if we are slipping or not. (and we are. . .)  there are many hurdles to cross- and we have to learn each and every step. 

Well, I'm not a project manager, and I try to avoid playing one at work, but I really appreciate the effort to put a plan like that together, even if it seems like all you do is watch it slip. I haven't seen you guys cut any corners. I really admire how you're doing your build.

Thanks-  on the shafts, had to grind the tapered end to a shallower angle to be able to reinsert them into the new visor pivot sleeve..... they are a tight fit.   going to have to get new rubber tips though, the originals are pretty weak.  but the boar grain on everything all ties together
