Fred to the rescue.
« on: June 07, 2013 - 06:48:57 PM »
Hoping the weather would improve the end of April,
I decided to charge the AAR's Mopar battery and get ready for some summer fun.
I removed the battery caps after charging it to top off  the battery with distilled water.
Well my son went cruising that Saturday evening and when opening the hood he discovered a yellow
battery cap was gone.   :pullinghair:

I tried on the Internet to locate one. No luck.
 :ebay:
Called Antique Batteries get this since I did not purchase the battery from them, they could not supply one yellow cap.    :swear:
Can't find receipt for the company I purchased it from.   :banghead:
:1zhelp:   I recalled Fred, filmore, cc member sold batteries to cc members so I contacted Fred.
After some emails he was able to acquire for me one Yellow cap from Doug,  he
supplies Mopar batteries to Fred.

Just want to acknowledge Fred for his time spent at least 6 emails, two weeks to
help me with a dilemma.   ;D
Talk about a simple thing as a yellow battery cap make you panic.
I will be acquiring a Mopar Battery for my Gran Coupe Convertible from Fred.........  :ylsuper:
Thank you

I have no clue why they make simple things so hard when it means so much at times . Thanks Fred  :2thumbs:
