Out of all the years to miss . . . I probably did well to miss last year.   Way to hot for a car show . . . .  :eek4:

Eh, we had that heavy rainfall back in 2011 if I recall.  Made saturday a smidge muggy but didn't seem to damper the spirits much.  :)

2 years ago I drove my non waterproof convertible through torrential downpours to Carlisle.  Last year I nearly had heat stroke.  Lets see what this year has in store.
Yes I own a 1972 Dodge Challenger Convertible T/A S/E with a 440 Six Pak. Can it get any more wrong?

Just looked on the Carlisle website and looks like wed is the hottest at 91 :eek4: ... plus the humidity :pullinghair:

Of course that's the day I plan on traveling down with no A/C and black vinyl interior.  ::)

Last year was the first time I didn't walk through the whole swap meet area. I did 2 rows and said, that's enough of this.    :eek4:

Either the heat was crazy, or I'm turning into a wuss.    :faint:

Well I'll say this - this area has had rain straight for nearly 3 weeks.  Today Pittsburgh is severely flooded, and Carlisle is only 3 hours East.  I suspect that while the weather might not be too hot, it'll be muggy as all-get-out and the fairgrounds might be a swamp...

I wonder how many of us Viper folks might need towed out when our cars sink right down to the frame... :)

It sure is hot and muggy in my neck of the woods with the humidity the computer forecast  said
" feels like 90F" at 7AM this morning :eek4:  Should be a "fun ride in a few hours in the heat of the day.... with no A/C.... and black vinyl interior!  Bringing lots of water bottles!
