I have a box of brackets that came with my cuda but I don't to know what these are? I think the bottom middle one is the tank vent cover for in the trunk?

You have only ONE E Body part in that picture. That is the trunk lock rod cover from a 1971 Cuda.
The rest of the parts are not from a Cuda or a Challenger.

That's the bottom middle one? The seller had about 20 cars in the shop so I'm guessing he might need these back oops
