Panel section for front of rear wheel ?

Does anyone make a lower section for the panel just in front of the rear wheels?  I know AMD make a lower section for behind the rear wheels.

I dont want to have to replace the whole panel, simply not required.
Would be waste of money to buy the whole panel just to cut that section off.
Only need the lower 10 inches or so.

Last resort would be to have a panel beater make one up

Yes,  I have seen them on ebay for $65.  Check with Roseville.  They probably have them too.
