Interior paint options for door panels
« on: July 19, 2013 - 08:15:48 AM »
Hi Guys,
I picked up a nice 70 challenger vert last week. Its got an older repaint that still looks good, but the interior is yellowed (was white). I managed to buy a nice used set of door panels at Carlisle last week because mine were chalky and breaking down. The rear interior panels are mint, but yellowed out. My intention is to reupholster the seats and paint the seatbacks and interior panels to match.

What elastomeric paint is good for this and what color would most closely match the white seats on an E body? I would rather go with a spray can product because I'm not that good with the spray gun.

thanks,
Tom

SEM Super White

thanks Alan, Does SEM make a color chart? I got a swatch of the seat skin fabric at Carlisle. So the Super White matches the off white of the seat skins pretty well?
