Will this McLeod pressure plate and disk work for me ?

Clutch is slipping and I'm tired of screwing around. I did a lot of searching within these forums and everywhere I could think of. What do you think of these items from McLeod for me ?

How stiff of a clutch pedal would I have and would you recommend anything different ?

I use those in ALL my 4spd cars. Excellent clutch, Not too heavy on the foot..I like it.
