    So I was listening to the radio while out checking foreclosed homes today and was using the radio instead of digital music and while going through the stations, I wondered if anyone else has as many choices as I do here in Michigan.  I consider myself lucky to have as many as I do but still find times when they all are talking at the same time.  Just keep pushing buttons . . . .  :grinyes:

    I have 7 good stations!

    93.5 WHMI  (old classic rock - Howell MI)
    94.7 WCSX  (old classic rock - Detroit MI)
    94.9 WMMQ (Classic Rock mix - Lansing, MI)
    101.1 WRIF  (Rock new and old - Detroit, MI)
    103.9 The Fox (Classic Rock mix - Flint, MI)
    106.1 WJXQ (New Rock mostly - Lansing)
    106.7 The D  (Classic Rock mix - Detroit, MI)

    All good clear stations from where I live.  As I travel the county, I do lose a couple here and there . . .

    Central Nebraska - we get KRVN, farm and crop reports, and 50 year old Country and Western songs, one per hour. Other than that, religious stations. When I first moved back 20 years ago my brother in law told me that "we get both kinds of music here! Country AND Western!" He wasn't kidding. Seriously, when I first moved back from Houston, in the U-Haul, the only song I could pick up was Puff The Magic Dragon. My heart skipped a few beats. Not in a good way. lol.  :bigsmile: It has improved a bit since then.

    I think every number on the dial (am and fm) is in use in the Orlando area. Plenty of old rock-n-roll around here.

    One good one but only sometimes as it`s in Portland,Maine-an independent station WBLM. Plenty of coporate, crappy, repeat the same old wornout oldies song stations!

    KSAN - 107.7 The Bone - Classic Rock
    KBAY - 94.5 - Soft Rock

    I did listen to that for awhile but that and hair nation is the only decent choices for satellite radio . . . . And wow do they like Kiss!  Never knew Kiss had so many songs!   I pretty much listen to my digital music these days . . .

    The old XM boneyard was the best and when sirious dropped it from the lineup I got on the bring back the boneyard bandwagon or I will cancel all three of my radio subs lol.  And yeah I'm tired of Kiss every hour.  Pandora Radio is also a go to.  Rainbow, Stevie Ray Vaughan ad Tesla Station :)

    It's been about 2 years since I've listened to live radio stations.

    So with XM, I mostly listen to the 70's station, then channel 25(classic rewind,I HIGHlY RECOMMEND THIS STATION). Channel 37(Octane) for the new rock. Channel 38(Ozzy's bone yard).

    Just kidding. Music is all but illegal hear. You don't even hear muzak in the malls. Every now and then I'll start singing something (what little I can sing, frequently Toby Keith) and they'll look at me like I'm crazy.
