Hey guys,

The last few months have be crazy.  I have been relocated to the Dallas/Ft Worth Texas area for work.  I am living in an apartment that I can check the front door, reach and open the frig, load and run the dishwasher, and reach every light switch in the place, all from the comfort of never having to get out of my recliner chair.  My apartment is that small.  I set so close to my TV that it is like setting in a cinema.

Anyway, I am looking for a house in Texas.  It needs to have a minimum of a three car garage.  I am want to down size due to the kid is grown and on her own (along with the half dozen of her friends that used to stay with us all the time), and it is just the wife and me now.  A 2000 to 2500 square foot place wound fit the bill nicely.  The problem is, there are no houses made in the 20th century or newer with a three car garage in Texas.  In Oklahoma (where I just moved from) every little 150K home had three or more car holes.

I need to live as close to the DFW airport as possible with low crime to keep my 'Cuda safe.  Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciated.

I am looking in the Keller area right now. Less than 15 minutes from DFW airport, 3000SQFT and 2 acre lots 200-300K.
Depending on if you just want the garage and not the land to go with it you can get much cheaper. The area is awesome.
Since you are not interested in school districts Arlington (where I currently live) is also pretty good. Zillow is your friend!
